O aluno do ensino médio Ito (Shirasu Jin) é um estudante de 17 anos sério e esforçado. Mas também está entediado e se sente insatisfeito. Yuuki, unable to figure out his own future, is beginning to feel envious of Akiras steady moving towards his own goals.

Now 25 years old, Akira and Yuuki are now working and living together. Shiraishi Honoka also begins working at their company. Yuuki invites Akira on a weekend trip and confesses that he wants to quit the company and begin working as a screenwriter.
