News begins to circulate at the company that Bora will get a new assistant for the job. Not wanting to lose her place, Ada joins forces with Tuğçe to eliminate the assistant candidates, but a surprise candidate who suddenly appears disrupts all their plans. Boras childhood friend, Meltem, begins work as an assistant. As Meltem and Boras sincerity infuriates Ada, Ada, realizing Meltems suspicious behavior, opens the situation to Tuğçe and asks for help. Ada and Tuğçe follow Meltem to try to spot one of her shortcomings. Ada warns Bora about Meltem, but Bora thinks Ada is jealous. But Ada rolls up her sleeves and reveals Meltems true face to Bora.
